After a first career in tech, in 2015 I did the thing I always knew I’d do: I became a tour guide<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not because I wanted to explain to people what they were looking at. But because I discovered that the best way to truly know a place is through its people,the food they cook, and the stories that aren’t written on any sign<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hold an official tour guide license issued by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism. It’s not just a title; the license requires passing professional exams in history, archaeology, geography, religions, and art, and crucially: annual training to keep it active. I do that every year, because I believe that anyone bringing people along to explore has to stay curious and current themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You won’t know where to turn left instead of right and find the corner that no travel guide has ever written about. That’s not information.
